Robert Karlsson previously held the position as Chief Financial Officer of the listed IT consultancy Mandator, where he was also in charge of communication with the financial markets. He has previously worked as investment manager in Moscow for the listed investment company ORESA Ventures. He also spent four years with KPMG, including two years in St. Petersburg.

Robert Karlsson holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Zenon Potoczny

President and Board Director

Zenon Potoczny, born and raised in Ukraine, has extensive experience both in the oil and gas industry and working internationally.  Mr. Potoczny served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Shelton Canada Corp. since the company's listing on the TSX Venture Exchange in 1996. Mr. Potoczny was also Managing Director of Shelton Corporation Limited, an Ontario-based producer and supplier of oil and oil byproducts, and a Director of Innovotech Inc. a TSX Venture-listed company. Mr. Potoczny currently serves as president of Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Potoczny holds an MSc in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

Joakim Hedlund

CFO Shelton Petroleum

Joakim Hedlund previously worked nine years in the investment banking division at Carnegie in Stockholm. Prior to that, he spent two years in the finance and accounting department at the insurance company Pensionsgaranti.

Joakim Hedlund holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the  Stockholm School of Economics.

Sergey Titov

Manager Business Development, Shelton Petroleum

Sergey Titov is one of the initiators of Petrosibir. He has a vast experience from the Russian oil sector, including holding the position of CEO of Tyumenneftegaz. He has also served as CEO of Texneftinvest where two exploration licenses of 2 and 7 million tonnes, respectively, were converted to more than 150 million tonnes. He has also worked as an independent consultant for a number of small Russian oil companies in the southern parts of Tyumen Oblast.

Sergey Titov received his education as a production engineer at the Tyumensky Neftegazovoy University.
