Merger with Shelton
In December 2009, Shelton Petroleum completed its previously announced merger with Shelton Canada Corp., a publicly traded Canadian company listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange. After the closing of the transaction, Shelton became a wholly-owned subsidiary and the current shareholders in Shelton became shareholders in Shelton Petroleum.
A prospectus was prepared regarding the admission to trading of the new shares in Shelton Petroleum issued to the shareholders and holders of convertibles and warrants in Shelton Canada Corp. The prospectus was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) ("SFSA") pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 2, Sections 25 and 26 of the Trading Act and is available here (in Swedish only).
