Swedish Corporate Governance Code
Starting 1 July 2008, all companies listed on the NGM stock exchange must adhere to the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the "Code") .
Shelton Petroleum merged with the listed company TFS in June 2009, at which point Shelton Petroleum became listed on the NGM exchange. Shelton Petroleum complies with the Code and any deviations are explained in the company's most recent Corporate Goverance Report or elsewhere in this section. As a result of the change in the company's operational focus following the merger, the company is carrying out a review of how the company will continue to apply the Code in the new business.
Corporate Governance Report
The 2009 corporate governance report has been published as part of the company's 2009 annual report. available here (in Swedish). An English-language version will be made available shortly. The board of directors has deemed it so far unnecessary to appoint a remuneration committee. An audit committee was appointed in November 2009. Prior to the merger with Petrosibir, TFS published its 2008 report on corporate governance as part of its 2008 Annual Report, on p. 21 therein (in Swedish).
